Celebrate the bounties of summer at Citizen Hotel’s Grange restaurant with locally grown produce from Suzanne Peabody Ashworth’s farm, Del Rio Botanicals. Chef Michael Tuohy and his culinary team, will craft the menu with an heirloom tomato tasting featuring Del Rio Farm tomatoes accompanied by local artisan extra virgin olive oils and premium select sea salts followed by a three-course summer-centric lunch. “Seed to Seed” author, farmer and agricultural trailblazer Suzanne Ashworth has grown seed crops of every vegetable and will discuss the techniques she recommends for the home garden. Participants will receive heirloom seeds from Suzanne’s collection.
