next weekend in Petaluma, CA is the 3rd annual California Artisan Cheese Festival. those of you that have dined with me over the years, know that i have a passion for cheese! especially, artisan & farmstead cheeses produced in northern california. there are so many fantastic cheeses being made, they are truly on par with their european counterparts as well as other great cheeses from across the country. i may be a just a little predjudiced here, but i think cheeses from northern california are the best! come see why and join myself and some other fantastic chefs from the area, and the incredible cheese makers as we celebrate the best california has to offer! you can also catch executive director Lynne Devereaux and I in the morning (thurs. 3/12) on Fox40 in Sacramento at 8:00am
