Valentine's Day, it comes around once every year and I would guess, you are trying to decide where to make a dinner reservation to celebrate this special day with your loved one. Except, this year like most of last year is different as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. COVID-19 has put a damper on travel to romantic destinations, restaurants for dine-in, although that varies from city to city, state to state in the US. Many consumers, nearly half to be exact, still are avoiding dining in a restaurant. So, why not cook at home? You could certainly order take out and call it a night but, that inner Chef is telling you to cook something inspired and delicious! Perhaps even luxurious like Maine Lobster, with Caviar and Truffles? Ok, maybe a little too luxurious but, hopefully this post will help you hatch some newfound Culinary inspiration to help make your Valentines extra special!
