We are excited to welcome our friend and chef Michael Tuohy to our seasonal cooking series. Michael brings his California flavors and culinary expertise to the table with two favorite Italian spring recipes: Risi e Bisi (Rice & Peas) and Olive Oil and Lemon Polenta Cake. What makes these recipe so special and unique is the ingredients. Michael riffs on a classic recipe with indigenous Southern ingredients.

WHEN: Wednesday , March 24th 6:00- 7:00pm EST

WHERE: Virtually from the comfort of your own home. We will send you a zoom link and cooking kit with recipe and directions prior to the class.

If you’d like to cook along during the class, or recreate Michael’s recipe after the class, you can add on a a cooking class kit which has most all of the ingredients you’ll need.*

Cheap Domain Registration

Risi e bisi simply means rice and peas, and the dish is traditionally made with the fresh new peas of spring. I love this dish, it's simple but it's delicious.
